Camille Chang Gilmore is vice president of human resources (HR) and global chief diversity officer for Boston Scientific. She oversees HR strategies, health equity, community, and diversity and inclusion programs for the company’s $9 billion global business. Prior to joining the medical device industry in 2004, Camille held roles at Federal Express, Exxon Chemical Company and IBM. Among many top honors, Camille was named one of DiversityGlobal magazine’s 2020 Top 10 Influential Women in Diversity and Black Enterprise magazine’s Top Executives in Corporate Diversity in 2019. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and earned an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
