Sherri Liao has over 18 years of enterprise performance management (EPM) and finance transformation consulting experience, playing key roles in the delivery of EPM and business intelligence (BI) projects aimed at driving operational improvements through process design, organization design and enterprise system implementations. Areas of expertise include EPM assessments on planning/forecasting, enterprise close and consolidations, and management reporting; EPM service delivery model strategy, business casing and design; BI strategy development; and back-office finance process optimization.
