Will my current sponsorship be refunded or credited toward the new event dates?

At your discretion, sponsorship will either be refunded or credited toward the new event dates.

 

Termination of Sponsorship Agreement

If you have decided to terminate your sponsorship agreement, please notify your sponsor liaison, Rob Parillo at rparillo@thehackettgroup.com.

 

The new event date works great for our company and we wish to remain a sponsor. What do we need to do?

To confirm your intent, please contact your direct sponsor representative, Rob Parillo at rparillo@thehackettgroup.com. Your current agreement will be amended with the new conference dates along with an appropriate change in billing schedule and terms.

 

What happens if the Coronavirus gets worse and the newly schedule November event is cancelled?

Rest assured, The Hackett Group will continue to monitor the situation with focus on providing a safe experience for our clients, partners and employees. In the event, there is a change, sponsorship will either be refunded or credited toward the future event dates.
